Hi, I’m Victoria, the voice behind Unmasking the Narc. After a lifetime of dealing with narcissists from all angles (parent, friends, husband…), I incidentally have 40-something years worth of first hand experience.
My goal with this website is to help other recipients of narcissistic abuse to understand what they’re dealing with and inevitably choose themselves.
None of us are able to teach narcissists how to be decent human beings, nor is that our responsibility. Our responsibility should always be to ourselves first – and that is the core lesson we can take away from dealing with narcissistic people.
It’s time for us all to stand up, one-by-one and reclaim our soul freedom and sovereignty so that narcissistic energies no longer have anything to feed off. That is how we win this war.
